Courts Plus is hosting a free Lunch and Learn on August 12 from 12:15 - 12:45 pm. The guest speaker is Dr. Mike Jorgensen a Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner. Furry Friends Pet Walk on August 17
Join us on August 17th at Courts Plus Fitness Center for our annual fundraiser for Adopt-a-Pet. A 3k walk with or without your pet will benefit this organization whose primary goal is placing rescued pets in loving and responsible homes. Adopt-A-Pet is dedicated to keeping the animals happy and healthy at all times and the welfare of the animals is their primary concern. Registration is at 5:30 pm and the walk starts at 6:00 pm. TRX Classes
What is TRX? TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries all at the intensity you choose. Free classes will start July 12th. New Outdoor Fitness Equipment
The Fargo Park District has installed 6 pieces of outdoor fitness equipment at Milwaukee Mini Park #1, 17th St and 361/2 Ave S, on a trial basis. The equipment offers trail users another way to vary their routine by working abs, arms, back, legs and core muscles. The Fargo Park District is looking for feedback regarding the equipment. NEW!!! Courts Plus Members now get Swimming Pass
Now with your Courts Plus membership you get free access to swimming at Island Park Pool in the summer and Fargo South Indoor Pool in the winter. Not only can you access all the great services in the club, but you can enjoy a day at the pool. Outdoor pools will open June 6th for the summer. WeightWatchers Now Meeting at Courts Plus Fitness Center
Courts Plus Fitness Center is hosting weekly Weight Watchers meetings on Tuesday evenings. Meetings will be open to all Weight Watchers members at the Courts Plus Fitness Center multi-purpose room every Tuesday at 5:30 pm, with weekly weigh-ins Tuesdays at 5:00 pm. These meetings are open to the public as well as Courts Plus members. If you are interested in joining Weight Watchers sign up information is available at the front desk. All American Tae Kwon Do at Courts Plus
All American Tae Kwon Do is offering classes at Courts Plus Fitness Center on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Learn the art of Tae Kwon Do from 6th Degree Black Belt Master Daryl Bachmeier and 3rd Degree Black Belt Mr. Cameron Battagler. An introductory class is being offered at Courts Plus Fitness Center Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm. Other classes are offered from 6:30-7:30 pm on Tuesdays and 6:30-7:30 pm on Fridays. Member Assistance Program
Courts Plus Fitness Center has a MAP to your success. We would like to invite you to 4 FREE stages with our Fitness Professionals to navigate you to your success! The four 30 minute stages with a fitness professional are: cardio machines, strength machines, circuit, cycling and group exercise and one on on with trainer. Courts Plus offers Performance Plus Sport Specific Training
Increase strength, speed, balance, agility and explosiveness! Participate in the new Performance Plus program offered by Courts Plus for sport specific training. This training is for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Performance Plus will focus on speed, quickness, strength and power. Courts Plus Training Staff will work on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. Training camps can vary from 4 to 12 weeks. There is a minimum of 2-3, one hour sessions per week. The state of the art equipment at Courts Plus Southwest Express can be implemented into programs for any sport.
