Massage Therapy is available at Courts Plus by appointment. Each massage is designed to specifically suit your needs using a combination of Massage techniques including:
Swedish Massage- light to medium pressure to promote relaxation and a sense of well being
Deep Tissue Massage- medium to deep pressure for a more concentrated massage
Trigger Point Therapy- therapy to break down adhesions by stimulating, stripping, and stretching the muscle to relieve "knots"
Injury Massage- helps relieve chronic and acute pain by working on major muscles in segments with specific, deeper techniques to stimulate individual muscle fibers
Sports Massage- therapy designed for active people to help with performance and prevent injury

About Marcia Langston
Marcia graduated from the Nevada School of Massage in Las Vegas in 2003. Since graduation, she has worked in a clinic doing cross referrals with chiropractors and medical doctors. She worked for the Nevada School of Massage as a Teaching Assistant and a Classroom Manager. Marcia spent 4 years at the Spa in the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. From there she went on to do seated massage inside of the casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.
In October of 2010 Marcia decided it was time to come home and be near her boyfriend and family. She is originally from Breckenridge, MN. Marcia says, “The weather will take some getting used to again! But it is great to be home!”
How Marcia got started in Massage Therapy
I was very ill for quite some time, it hurt to sit, lay down, or do anything. No medical doctors or medicines were helping me feel better. Someone suggested that I get a massage and so I did. As soon as I got off the table I started feeling better! How amazing! I thought if I could do that for at least one person how great would that be?! I make a living making people happy....how can I go wrong!?!
