Are you getting the results you want from your current program? Our Personal Trainers will motivate you to reach your fitness goals with individualized workout programs. Courts Plus Fitness Center also has a group rate so you can train with a friend or friends.

Who Needs A Personal Trainer?

Beginning exercisers can benefit by learning proper techniques. Intermediate exercisers might need variety in their workout to overcome a training plateau. Advanced exercisers use training to reach a specific goal. Whether it is for an upcoming athletic event or reaching a specific body fat percentage, let one of our experienced Personal Trainers help you. One-on-one and group training are available.

Our Trainers will reduce your likelihood of injury by being conscious of your safety and instruct you on proper form. Your workout will be preplanned, saving you time! Your workouts will be motivating and will maximize your results by adding a variety of training principles.

How Much Personal Training Do I Need?

This will be determined by your Personal Trainer after you complete your Consultation. This consultation will consist of your personal/medical history, past exercise involvement, goal setting, and fitness assessment. A consultation without the fitness assessment is also available and can be scheduled with the Trainer of your choice or our Personal Training Director, Kelly Kisell, can make a recommendation.  For more information, you can contact Kelly at kkisell@courtsplus.org or download the Fitness Profile and bring it to Kelly Kisell at Courts Plus Fitness Center.

Programs

TRX Classes

What is TRX? TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries all at the intensity you choose. Free classes will start July 12th. Fitness Assessments

An assessment of the five health-related areas of physical fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. This is an excellent analysis of your current fitness level! Body fat analysis is also available. Contact any Personal Trainer to schedule an appointment.

Courts Plus offers Performance Plus Sport Specific Training

Increase strength, speed, balance, agility and explosiveness! Participate in the new Performance Plus program offered by Courts Plus for sport specific training. This training is for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Performance Plus will focus on speed, quickness, strength and power. Courts Plus Training Staff will work on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. Training camps can vary from 4 to 12 weeks. There is a minimum of 2-3, one hour sessions per week. The state of the art equipment at Courts Plus Southwest Express can be implemented into programs for any sport. Member Assistance Program

Courts Plus Fitness Center has a MAP to your success. We would like to invite you to 4 FREE stages with our Fitness Professionals to navigate you to your success! The four 30 minute stages with a fitness professional are: cardio machines, strength machines, circuit, cycling and group exercise and one on on with trainer.
