With Courts Plus since 2003
Kelly is the Personal Training Director at Courts Plus Fitness Center. He has a concentration in working with youth and athletes which includes sport specific training and plyometrics. Kelly has a unique ability to help the beginning exerciser and also the advanced that may need alternate exercises to add variety, increase intensity and overcome a frustrating plateau.

Kelly enjoys weight lifting, playing and coaching hockey and golf.

A solid training program can increase muscle size and strength. It can also increase physical performance, appearance, and metabolism and decrease your risk of injury.
