floor will be refinished.

Classes

If you have always enjoyed group exercise classes or just want to give it a try, Courts Plus Fitness Center has great classes for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals. The instructors at Courts Plus are experienced, certified and motivating. We offer a wide variety of class times from 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. For more information, call 237-4805.

BODYPUMP CLASSES!

On July 12th, Courts Plus Fitness Center has launched a new version of this high energy class. New music, new routine, same great workout! BODYPUMP is a barbell class, targeting all your muscles. GREAT music and high energy.

STEP BASIC:   A great class for the new aerobic exerciser.  Experience the safe and fun basics of step aerobics.
SUPER SCULPT:   An excellent, non-impact workout with special emphasis on toning and flexibility.
AB ATTACK:   A class concentrating on core strength.
STEP-UP:  An easy to follow, yet challenging and fun workout.
GET PUMPED:  A resistance training class designed to work all of your muscle groups using the body bar.
ALL THAT DANCE:   An Aerobic "Dance" class that features movements that are low and high impact.
TOTAL BODY JAM: A great total body workout that includes a combination of cardio, intense muscle work and pylometrics for all levels.
CARDIO SCULT:  A high/low impact cardio workout using light resistance equipment for a total body workout.
POWER SCULPT:   A non-impact workout using resistance equipment for total body conditioning.
INTERVAL TRAINING:   A class using cardio intervals along with muscle work segments to achieve a total body workout.
STEP'N PLUS:   A combination class of step and other cardio or resistance segments.
KICKBOXING:   An intense workout that combines kicking, boxing and aerobic moves.  Your whole body will feel it!
MAT-LATES:   A pilates type workout on a mat that emphasizes both strength and stretch.
MAT-LATES & MORE:   A pilates-based mat workout that incorporates equipment to intensify the workout.
CARDIO
MAT-LATES:  
A standing, rhythmic, "sweaty" Pilates-inspired class along with matwork.
ZUMBA: A latin inspired dance "fitness Party" that is fun and easy to follow.
HATHA YOGA: A yoga flow class guaranteed to challenge your mind, breath and body. Any level welcome.
ADVANCED STEP: A high energy challenging class for the advanced stepper to include muscle and abdominal work.
CYCLING:  An excellent indoor cycling cardio workout for any fitness level.
CYCLING X: An excellent indoor cycling cardio workout to include intervals of floor cardio and/or muscle work.
BODYPUMP: A barbell class, targeting all your muscles. GREAT music and high energy.
CIRCUIT TRAINING: A combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise.
CARDIO: A variety of cardivascular exercise to change up your workout.
