Lunch and Learn

Join us for a Lunch and Learn on March 11 from 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm at Courts Plus. Enjoy a FREE sack lunch and learn about Back Safety from Kent Yohe, D.C. from Askland-Yohe Chiropractic. Circuit Training

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a combination of resistance & cardiovascular exercises. Cardio classes use a variety of cardiovascular exercises to help change up your workouts. The classes are designed to provide a quick, quality workout in a FUN environment! You'll see improvements in your flexibility, muscular strength and aerobic endurance. Classes meet at the desk by the track. Join with a friend today! All classes are FREE! Power Circuit

Kick it up a notch and kick start your weekend on Saturdays at 10:00 am. It is a 45 minute class. Contact Debbi Lopez if you have any questions at 237-4805.

Orientations

Courts Plus offers free orientations to all members. Sign up at the front desk and a personal trainer will contact you to set up an appointment.

Senior Fitness Class

This fun and motivating exercise class is tailored for individuals over the age of 50. Each class starts with a warm-up followed by aerobics, strength training, walking, or a circuit class. A cool-down with stretching and abdominal work complete the workout. Coffee is served after the class for the participants. The class is offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. Every ability level is welcome and all participants work at their own pace. Exercise can increase energy level, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, reduce stress, decrease body fat, improve strength and is beneficial to everyone at any age.
